As transplants to Pittsburgh ourselves, my wife and I have chosen to raise our daughter here. My mother, my brother and his wife, and my sister-in-law have moved here as well. No one knows how welcoming Pittsburgh is more than we do. Pittsburgh has adopted us, and we are proud to call the Steel City home.
As a Realtor working specifically within the city for over 17 years, I have viewed firsthand the power of this pride as the city goes through another renaissance (transitioning from one of the preeminent industrial cities in the world, to a cutting-edge modern global epicenter) and attracts some of the top talent from around the world. I am grateful to have played my role in helping hundreds of buyers and sellers transact their pieces of Pittsburgh.
I’ve chosen to work in the city market and its near suburbs specifically, because I believe there is absolutely no alternative to boots on the ground experience. Pittsburgh’s topography and multiple neighborhoods require a ground-level knowledge to understand values, locations, and answers to the important questions like “where is the closest grocery store?” and, “how do we target the right buyer for my home?”
